A busy road was blocked after a car crashed into railings.
The crash took place on Shorts Way around 11.30am but the road which connects Rochester Esplanade to Borstal Street remained blocked until 2pm when the vehicle was recovered.
No one is thought to have been injured.
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 11.38am to a report that a car had collided with railings in Shorts Way, Rochester."
