A woman leaving work was shocked to find the wheels of her car had been stolen.
The lady finished for the night at Frankie & Benny's in Medway Valley Leisure Park to find the Fiat 500 on blocks and the her back window smashed.
She called the police after Thursday's incident, who told her to wait with her car until someone came.
She said: "People walking past must have thought they were changing a tyre, there must have been a few of them to get it done so quickly."
She believes the incident happened after 10.05pm when her colleague left work and before 10.40pm when she finished.
She said: "This has been completely distressing for me as you can imagine.
"I was stranded there in the rain till 2.30am. Someone must of seen something"
She has now been left without a car.
Medway Valley Leisure Park's security team are looking through CCTV to see if they can track down the culprits.
Police spokesman Jo Pattison said: "Officers are investigating the incident where it is alleged that four wheels were stolen and a car window was smashed. Inquiries are ongoing."
