Amherst Court takes on a David Bowie song
The video, featuring David Bowie's hit We Can Be Heroes, is one of the ways staff have been trying to ensure its residents are connected with their loved ones.
Senior care leader Becky Shephard said: "It's been a really hard time particularly for the residents; we have had Mother's Day, we have had birthdays during this time, and now we are looking at the lockdown continuing for the next few weeks.
"We just wanted to re-assure residents' family and friends that life is continuing as normally as we can."
Speaking about the choice of song, Becky said: "I think the word 'hero' has been bandied about a lot and rightly so.
Staff at Amherst Court sing Happy Birthday to Penny Simmons
"The NHS are getting the recognition they deserve and so are carers but the people we care for are left out of the equation."
Becky said older people such as those living at the care home had lived through wars and economic downturns before.
She said: "They have gone without before and they are being asked to sacrifice again."
The video is one of many staff have been sharing on the care home's Facebook page.
They shared a video of one of their residents, Brian Simmons, on a video call with his wife Penny.
Staff joined Brian in singing Happy Birthday to Penny, as she is unable to be with him.
Becky said: "She's really lovely and she's well known to staff; she's someone who visits frequently and not seeing him on her birthday was going to be really hard."
Frindsbury Hall residents and staff take on Queen
Staff and residents of Frindsbury Hall care home in Strood have also been getting in on the fun.
Those living and working at the care home in Frindsbury Hill danced and waved to Queen's Don't Stop Me Now.
Teachers from All Saints' Church of England Primary School also got creative, penning their own version of the Friends' theme song.
Staff at the school in Magpie Hall Road, Chatham, have been working with the children of key workers while setting online tasks for pupils.

Catering staff have also been cooking up meals for pupils and making food hampers for those on free school meals.
Teachers made the video after being told some of their pupils were missing them and so they got to work re-writing the lyrics to the theme song for the hit 90s show.
Head teacher Jo Strachan said: "We would like to thank all of our families for everything they are doing to stay safe during lockdown 2020 and that we all look forward to the day when we can be back in school together again."
