Part of a former cement works is on the market for almost £900,000.
The land in Formby Road, Halling, opposite the St Andrew's Park development, used to be part of the Cemex works.
The sale is being carried out by Watson Day chartered surveyors, and according to its website the plot is under offer.
It was on the market for offers in excess of £895,000.
The freehold site has planning permission for a number of commercial uses.
Permission was granted earlier this year to redevelop the site for mixed-use E class (retail, restaurant, office, financial/professional services, indoor sports, and nursery uses) and B8 business units (storage or distribution).
The application described the one-acre site as a "somewhat unsightly parcel of land".
It originally formed part of a larger application by Redrow Homes, which was approved in 2013, for homes, employment space, a doctors surgery, care home and pub/restaurant.
The homes were built opposite, now St Andrew's Park.
Next door to the site is Formby Terrace, a row of cottages originally built by Cemex for its workers.
Tenants were evicted by Redrow in 2015 to make way for a commercial development but the homes were later redeveloped and sold.
The latest application, approved in April, was made on behalf of family-run business Oscar Acoustics, which makes and installs sound-proofing, who want to relocate their headquarters to Halling.
The application states: "Under this planning application, it is proposed to relocate Oscar Acoustics’ office and distribution facility to the Medway Towns in two new high-quality buildings.
"This application is submitted on behalf of Oscar Acoustics who are in the process of purchasing the site from the current owners."
Oscar Acoustics applied to build two new buildings to accommodate their offices as well as storage and distribution.
