Chatham Town start their pre-season programme with a trip to Kent League side Erith Town on Saturday.
The new management team of Kevin Watson (pictured) and Keith Levett l get their first glimpse of the squad in action after working with them in training for three weeks.
Levett, who has joined the club after being in charge at Sevenoaks Town last season, said: "We have done about seven or eight sessions so far, working with about 20 players.
"We will field two teams – one in each half at Erith – but it will all be about fitness and getting time on the pitch, rather than worrying too much how we play." Chats have seven games in the next fortnight, with new signings Kesi Metitri, Jon Pilbeam, Chris Hill and young defender Chris Davis settling in at the club.
They are also set to unveil another midfielder in the next few days and Levett says they are looking to bring in another striker.
He said: "We are positive about things and will be looking to play an attractive, attacking style of football."
The club are holding their annual clean-up at Maidstone Road on Sunday between 10am and 2pm. Anybody who can help will be welcome.
