There is still time to do your festive shopping at this year’s Rochester Christmas Market.
The Castle Gardens has been packed with visitors over the last two weekends and the final days of the market are today, tomorrow and Sunday, from 11am until 6pm on all three days.
Against the backdrop of the Norman keep, you will find more than 100 stalls selling decorations, handmade and personalised gifts and stocking fillers.
For foodies, there will be jams and pickles, British cheeses, mulled wine and artisan chocolate.
As well as shopping, there is live entertainment on the bandstand and a traditional funfair.
Or you can just get in the Christmas spirit by sampling some of the food stalls – take your pick from German bratwurst sausages, hog roast and Spanish churros.
There is a licensed bar and guaranteed snowfall from the snow machine, so you are bound to come away feeling festive.
Cllr Howard Doe, Medway Council’s head of community services, said: “We have been pleased to see the market named among the best of its kind in the UK within the national media.
"Don’t miss the final Rochester Christmas Market for 2016 this weekend from 11am to 6pm.”
