Designers have unveiled their plans for a new church in Twydall.

Holy Trinity Church in Twydall Lane, Gillingham, is due to be demolished, along with the community hall, and replaced with a new church and housing.
On Saturday, at the church’s summer fair, residents got a first look at the plans and questioned the designers, Community and Church Projects.

If the application is accepted by Medway Council, designers hope the last service in the current church will be on November 1 and the new church opened by Easter 2011.
