Police in Medway say they are concerned for the welfare of a Gillingham woman who was last seen in Maidstone.

Officers are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 26-year-old, Asma Khanam, pictured.

She was last seen in Maidstone town centre just after 5pm on Thursday, May 17.

Asma is Asian, 4ft 11in, of slim build with shoulder length straight black hair and brown eyes.

"She was wearing a white vest top, black cardigan and navy blue trousers.

A spokesman for Medway said: "Police believe she could be in Clapham, south London, or Guildford in Surrey.

Anyone who sees Asma or who has any information about her location, is asked to call Kent Police on 101 quoting ref: 17-1412.
