Missing Grace Ranger from Rochester found

A 70-year-old woman who went missing from her home earlier this evening has been found safe and well.

Police have traced Grace Ranger, after she disappeared from her home in The Spires, Rochester at around 4.30pm today.

The police helicopter helped with the search and she was reported safe at around 9pm tonight.
