Concerns are growing for a man who went missing at the weekend.

Liam Graham was last seen in Stoke Road, Hoo, just before 1am on Saturday (July 22).

Police are becoming increasingly worried for his welfare and are appealing for help locating him.

The 22-year-old is white with a medium build and has short hair and a short beard.

He was last seen wearing navy blue shorts and a blue top.
