More than 100 hopefuls already signed up for Pentagon Shopping Centre's Modelsearch competition in Chatham

More than 100 hopefuls have already signed up for the Pentagon Shopping Centre’s Modelsearch competition.

There is still time to join them as the talent scouts will be at the centre on Saturday between 11am and 4pm.

There are four categories: ages four to six, seven to 10, 11 to 15, and 16 and over.

Photographs will be taken of the models and these will be reviewed by the judges.

Up to 10 people in each category will be invited to a casting at the centre on Thursday, October 15, where a male and female winner in each category will be chosen.

Those winners will be invited to a further professional fashion shoot and take part in the centre’s advertising.

One overall winner will then be chosen to attend a London studio and be styled and photographed by industry professionals.

Last year’s overall winner was student Eleanor Bowles, 17, from Hempstead.
