Crowds were singing in the rain for chart topper Craig David as he kicked off the Castle Concerts 2017.
The Brit Award nominee headlined at Rochester Castle on Tuesday night in a performance that sent fans wild.
The night began with support acts Dr Vades and Lauren Faith.

Despite it pouring down throughout the entire performance and a technical hitch with the one of the support acts, the crowd stayed positive, with many wearing rain macs and plastic ponchos.
People were left worried the star wouldn’t be able to perform after the technical problem stopped the microphones from working.

The show, which was added on to his long-awaited UK tour after the original dates sold out in just 30 minutes, saw him perform songs from debut studio album, Born To Do It, released in 2000, as well as his latest album Following My Intuition.
Starting the show with his first official single from his latest album, Ain’t Giving Up On You, he got the crowd in the best mood possible mood despite the horrible weather.
The event had increased security measures with bag checks and several guards on standby.
