Four vehicles were damaged when a car ploughed into them at an accident blackspot.
The crash happened just before 8am on Tuesday in Mierscourt Road, Rainham when a Ford Fiesta being driven along the road is thought to have collided with a car turning into the road and then struck two other parked cars.
The road has seen many accidents over the years, some fatal, which led
Mierscourt Farm Shop owner Richard Brackley, to campaign for measures to slow down traffic. Speed camera signs and white lines have been introduced to persuade drivers to keep within the 30mph limit.
He said: “We are getting about one minor accident a week and a serious one about once a month here, despite the new traffic calming measures being put in.
“I would urge all driver to stick to the speed limit it is there for a reason and it saves lives.”
A spokesman for Medway Police said one man involved in the incident complained of chest pains and was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.
