A woman has been taken to hospital with potentially serious injuries after a two-car crash this morning.

Paramedics responded to reports she was trapped in her vehicle after the collision, which involved a parked car, on City Way, Rochester, at 8.30am.

While at the scene they said she was in and out of conciousness and was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital, while two other casualties were treated at the scene.

The fire service also attended.

City Way was closed in both directions near Old Pattens Lane to allow emergency crews to work but has since been reopened.
