A crash is causing delays on the A228 at Halling after a lorry and a car collided and the car ended up smashing into a wall.

The emergency services were called at about 10.40am today, to Rochester Road, after the smash.

A woman, who is believed to have been driving the car, is thought to have suffered a broken hand in the collision.

She had now been taken to hospital by paramedics, but the accident has caused tailbacks in the area.

Motorists are advised to try and find alternative routes.
