A MAN has appeared in court charged with murdering 33-year-old Gary Theo in Gillingham.

Mr Theo was discovered in a pool of blood outside his home in Shakespeare Road just before 11pm on Tuesday, August 20.

David Sadler, 39, a draughtsman, from Falconwood in south-east London, appeared before Medway magistrates. He was remanded in custody and will appear at Maidstone Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on

Monday (September 2).
