A cocaine and heroin dealer arrested as part of a major investigation into drug supply has been jailed.
Lee Miller, 38, of Bryant Street, Chatham, was arrested on Thursday, March 22, along with more than 25 other people, during a series of raids planned by detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate.
He had previously been caught selling crack cocaine and heroin near his home on Wednesday, November 8.
Miller was charged with two counts of supplying class A drugs on the day of his arrest and later pleaded guilty to both offences.
He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment at Maidstone Crown Court last Thursday, May 3.
Detective Inspector Gary Scarfe of the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate said: "Lee Miller was arrested alongside more than 25 other people whom we believe to have been involved in county lines drug dealing in Medway.
"A county line is a mobile telephone number used for the marketing and sale of class A drugs, and is often run by criminal groups in the capital who send runners into other counties in order to reach new customers.
"Offenders, such as Miller, benefit from the misery of others and we are committed to ensuring they are brought to justice for the harmful substances they sell on our streets.
