An Audi with three blown-out tyres was pulled over by police following reports of bad driving.
A suspected drug driver was later arrested for four offences – including driving without a licence and insurance.
At midday on Thursday, September 21, police received a report of bad driving in Maidstone Road, Rochester.
It was alleged that a dark grey Audi was being driven on three flat tyres.
Patrols conducted a search of the area and located the car on the A2045 Walderslade Woods road.
A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of drug driving, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, and careless driving.
A police spokesman said: “A driver was stopped 'attempting' to drive a vehicle with three blown out and shredded tyres.
“After giving false details and a positive result for cocaine, he was arrested.”
The man has since been bailed to a police station until November 24.
