A computer image of a man who was involved in a armed robbery at a travel agents earlier in the week has been released.
Officers were called to TUI, in Chatham High Street, at around 3.52pm to reports two men threatened a number of staff with a weapon before leaving with a quantity of cash.
Shortly after the incident a nearby shop owner said: "We saw it all on our CCTV, there was an older man and someone that looked like a grandson, a young man, who were scouting out the area before they went in with a firearm, or replica firearm, and took all the currency the store had.
"You can see on the screen how the older man was walking back and forth, waiting for it to be empty."
A spokesman for TUI said: "We can confirm that a robbery took place at our store on Chatham High Street on 1Wedneday. The safety of our staff and customers remains our priority and we are working with the police to assist them with their investigation."
Police are now asking for anyone who recognises the man to call them on 01634 792209, quoting crime reference 46/27598/20.
