Police have released an image of a man they hope to identify after a woman was raped in a park.
The incident was reported to have happened between 3.45am and 4.20am on Saturday, September 22, on the Great Lines near to Brompton Road and Marlborough Road in Gillingham.
A woman had left a hotel and was sitting on a wall at the entrance to the Great Lines when she was approached by a man, who allegedly later followed her into the park area and raped her.
Police have carried out several lines of inquiry, including reviewing CCTV, and have released a computer generated image.
Officers believe that two men may have seen the incident without realising the full circumstances and are encouraging these witnesses to get in touch.
