A 37-year-old man is due to appear before magistrates at Chatham today accused of murdering Marco Schirolli outside a public house on New Year's Eve.

Paul Brown, of no fixed home, was arrested in Spain last month and later extridited to Britain.

Mr Brown is charged with attacking Mr Schirolli outide the Vineyard public house in Maidstone Road, Rochester. Mr Schirolli was stabbed to death.
