Firefighters have been called to a three-floor block of flats in Chatham.

Crews were called to the scene in Kestrel Road, Chatham at about 4.50pm this afternoon.

It is unclear whether anyone was injured in the blaze, but firefighters from Medway and Rainham are on the scene.

One floor has been completely destroyed and another has suffered 25 per cent damage.
