Firefighters called to lounge fire in White Road, Chatham

Firefighters tackled a house blaze in Chatham this morning.

Crews were called to White Road just before 10am after a fire broke out in the ground floor lounge.

Everyone was accounted for and nobody was injured in the blaze.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.

Crews left the scene just before 10.30am.
