Two women were cut out of a car after a collision with another vehicle.

Strood firemen used hydraulic cutting equipment to rescue the women at 6.50pm on Friday.

Their vehicle had collided with another, carrying two men, in Darnley Road, Strood.

The women were taken to hospital but the men were unhurt.

Police also attended.
