A former snooker and pool hall could be turned into flats.
Plans to convert the former Rileys Sports Bar, in Green Street, Gillingham, into 57 flats have been submitted to Medway Council.
The building had formerly been a cinema, which opened in 1936, and later became a Gala Bingo hall.
Gravesend-based developer Kocak Properties Ltd has applied to redevelop the building, which closed as a pool and snooker club in 2017.
The plans feature a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats and extending part of the roof.
There would be two parking spaces for disabled people. A storage area for bicycles is also planned.
The flats would have private terraces or balconies.
The plans are due to be decided on by Thursday, January 19.
