A man has been arrested after emergency services responded to reports of a male on the train tracks.
British Transport Police and paramedics attended the scene in Chatham last night, and took a man to hospital.
But during the journey he is said to have bit an attending paramedic and spat in their face.
He is then believed to have assaulted two British Transport Police officers and a nurse.
A tweet from British Transport Police said: "A male has been arrested last night for 4 x assault on emergency service worker after officers were called to a male on the tracks at Chatham.
"Whilst on route to hospital he bit & spat in a paramedics face and then went onto assault two of our officers and a nurse at hospital.
"As the assaults happened on @kentpolicemed they will be dealing with male in custody."
Reports of Kent Police officers being assaulted have increased during the national lockdown.
Chief constable Alan Pughsley revealed this morning there have been 104 instances of people spitting and coughing on officers during lockdown, more than double the figure from last year.
