The school's principal Ben Charles, its head of prep school Tom Morgan, and the head of the nursery and pre-school Catherine Openshaw all took part along with the school's chaplain, Father Padfield.
Mr Barlow re-tweeted the video last night with four kisses.
The school's song has been uploaded to Youtube where it has been watched nearly 6,000 times.
The teachers belted out: "Whatever we said, whatever we did, we've been through it, we just want you back for good.
"We've carried you along, we've had to be strong and we've done it, you'll be right and understood."
