Lloyds Bank is closing one of its high street branches because "customers are using it less often".
The Rainham High Street branch will officially close its doors on Wednesday, November 6.
A review of the bank and its customers that was published showed that the numbers of people coming in to Lloyds is falling.
The number of customers at the Rainham branch has dropped, with counters 13% quieter than last year.
In the report it mentioned the "changing needs of customers", with more and more people now using online or mobile banking.
It also said: "As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to close this branch because customers are using it less often.
"In addition the majority of customers are also using alternative ways to bank."
The closest alternative Lloyd's branch is more than three miles away in Gillingham High Street.
It is open from 9am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays.
On Wednesdays its open from 9.30am to 5pm and on Saturdays it's open from 9am to 1pm.
