High street shoppers were in for a shock when they went in for a sweet treat.
It was all part of a prank set up by RedDoor Homes in High Street, Rochester.
To get into the Halloween spirit, the estate agents put a mannequin with a bowl of sweets outside to offer to unsuspecting passers by.
But what these people didn't realise was the mannequin would come to life.
The company make Halloween and Christmas videos every year, as well as showcasing daily life in the branch.
The prank was the brainchild of the agent's two videographers Daniel Philpott and Ryan Foster, who dressed up in the morph suit to carry out the act.
Daniel said: "We are doing more stuff on Facebook and Instagram; daily logs of what people are doing in the office.
"Everyone who watched it, had a smile on their face and everyone walking down (the High Street) was told they can watch it on YouTube."
"We did a Tough Mudder in September and Ryan had to go dressed in a chicken costume because he was late to work."
RedDoor Homes has been based in Rochester for five years and before that it operated from Chatham High Street.
The independent agents has properties across the Medway Towns.
Daniel returned to his home town of Rochester after working in Soho on shows including TOWIE, Geordie Shore and The X Factor.
He said: "I worked in TV for a long time before I moved into online stuff.
"This company are really into making videos for all kinds of stuff. They are really supportive."
