Hollywood A-lister Will Ferrell has taken time out from shooting his latest movie to send festive greetings to a a theatre group.

The Anchorman and Step Brothers star is currently filming a Sherlock Holmes-based comedy at Chatham’s Historic Dockyard.

In the video posted on Twitter, the actor wishes members of Razzamataz a happy Christmas and thanks them for watching and studying his 2003 comedy Elf.

Filming for Holmes and Watson started last Sunday. Film crews are expected to be there for another week.
