Medway Maritime Hospital is to allow people to visit patients again.
This was suspended on March 26 following national guidance and the country going in to lockdown.
But from Monday, some patients will be allowed visitors who must follow strict social distancing measures.
Only one visitor is allowed per patient,or two from the same bubble in exceptional circumstances such as visitors who need assistance or for patients receiving end of life care.
All visitors must be symptom free and not under self-isolation.
Social distancing stewards will be at the main gate to verify visitors. They will have a temperature check on arrival, contact details taken for track and trace and must wear a mask at all times.
The wards will have staggered visiting hours and some, where vulnerable patients are cared for, will not be allowed any visitors including Arethusa, Harvey and the High Dependency Unit.
