A dad-of-two said he is happy to be celebrating Father's Day with his co-workers – because they are his sons.

Mihai Sibov-Medinschi, who works at an Amazon sorting centre in Hoo, Rochester, spends most of the day alongside his family.

Lucian and Catalin work at the Amazon unit in Rochester with their father.

Mihai and Lucian both joined the company in 2018, while Catalin joined in 2020 after finishing his education.

The family spoke about how their bond ties them together inside and outside work.

The father-of-two said: "I love working with my sons. Not only does it bring us closer together as a family, but it also gives me the opportunity to watch them learn and grow in their careers."

Like his dad, Lucian enjoys having a family environment at work.

He said: "I learn a lot from my dad and he’s always helping me both at work and at home. I enjoy working with him and my brother and it’s great that we can spend so much time together.

"My dad always has a smile and he’s always supportive of my brother and I."

For any family members who work together, or are thinking about working together, Mihai's advice is that communication is key.

He explained: "If you are all on the same page and communicating well with your family members inside and outside work, everything will go well, and you shouldn’t have any issues."
