Sky engineers had to work around the clock to resolve persistent broadband issues which knocked internet connections out for users in one part of Kent for most of the morning.
The issue first surfaced at 9pm last night with engineers working "throughout the night" to sort it out.
The tech giant thought that it had resolved issues in Ranham at around 7.30am, saying in a tweet: "Customers will now be able to get online and make/receive calls. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused."
But two hours later customers were still struggling to log on, and issues continued throughout the day.
The website Downdetector, which charts outages on a map, suggests there are also issues in Strood, Gillingham, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells as well as parts of Maidstone.
It the outage caused huge problems for hundreds in the area who were working or teaching their children from home.
Thankfully, the issue appears to now be resolved after the Sky Help Team announced that services had been restored to affected customers.
A spokesperson added: "The services are still being closely monitored, and [customers] may receive further distruption should any additional repair work need to be completed."
