Invicta Dynamos continued to strengthen their squad this week after capturing two more new players.
Head coach Kevin Parrish (pictured) moved to seal deals for Northern Irish netminder Andrew Dickson and Welsh forward Corey Watkins, the club’s 14th and 15th signings of the summer.
Dickson becomes the second new netminder to sign for the club and joins fellow shot-stopper Mark Hartley on the roster.
Dickson came through the ranks at the Belfast Giants before moving to Edinburgh Capitals and arrives at the Dynamos seeking more ice time.
"I’m pleased to have brought Dickson to Gillingham," Parrish said.
"He is keen to come here and make a name for himself this season and he has already expressed to me his enthusiasm to work alongside Mark Hartley and push him for a starting spot."
Watkins, 20, became the second signing of the week and moves from Cardiff, who he helped push for the title last year. Watkins has also represented the Elite League Devils and Romford Raiders.
"I’m delighted Corey has agreed terms for the new season and he’ll be a massive player for us as we attempt to defend our league title," Parish
said.
"We have a young team this time around and the addition of Watkins complements that."
