Invicta Dynamos finished their regular NIHL South Division 1 season on a high after claiming a four-point weekend.
They now head into a quarter-final play-off showdown with Cardiff Devils – a team who they beat 4-2 on Saturday.
And they followed that win up with a 9-4 victory over Solent & Gosport on Sunday in Gillingham.
The win on Saturday in Cardiff guaranteed the Mos fourth place in the league.
A tight first game of the weekend saw the sides level at 1-1 by the end of the first period but the Mos edged ahead going into the final period, leading 3-2.
Andy Smith hit Mos’ fourth goal and Cardiff had to reply.
Back on home ice on Sunday, the Mos were ahead after just 46 seconds, through Andy Smith but then conceded twice to trail 2-1.
Peter Vaisanen levelled the scores in the second period and struck twice more before the end, with further strikes also coming from Justin Noble and Nathaniel Rose, as the Mos went 6-3 up.
Jack Tarczycki, Andy Smith and Noble (pictured) added three more in the final period as the Mos signed off in style.
