Invicta Dynamos preserved their unblemished start in NIHL South Division 1 by beating Bracknell Hornets 6-3 on Sunday evening.
Justin Noble scored twice as the Dynamos made it two league wins from as many outings. Bracknell had wiped out a two-goal advantage before Invicta scored four in a row to take control of the game.
An Andy Smith (pictured) goal opened the scoring at the Ice Blades, before Joe Bliss doubled the lead. However, the Hornets struck twice in two minutes to restore parity.
Noble made it 3-2 on 15 minutes and doubled his tally shortly before the end of the third period.
Sam Cheema and Callum Fowler extended the lead to 6-2, before Bracknell pulled a goal back late on.
On Saturday, the Dynamos slipped to a 7-4 defeat at Wightlink Raiders in the South East Trophy.
The visitors led through a Peter Vaisanen strike but Wightlink scored the next five goals.
Vaisanen grabbed a second but the hosts were 7-2 ahead by the time Smith and Noble found the net for the Kent side.
