Invicta Dynamos wrapped up a maximum point weekend on Sunday night with a stunning 13-2 win at the Gillingham Ice Bowl against Streatham Redskins.
That victory followed the previous day’s ENIHL Division 1 (South) trip to the Isle of Wight and an 8-4 win over fellow title hopefuls Wightlink Raiders.
Those wins make it seven from seven for the Invicta.
On Sunday the Mos welcomed back fans’ favourite Anthony Leone to the squad.
Nicky Lewis got the opener and by the end of the first period they were 6-0 up. Mark Williams added a treble to take the score to 10-1 going into the final session.
Forward Andy Smith edged ever nearer the 500 career point mark after one goal and five assists on Sunday. He’s now on 498 points.
On Saturday efforts from Johan Stenvall, Jack Tarczycki and Elliot Andrews put the Mos 3-0 up by the end of the first period.
Nicky Lewis bagged two in the second period, to give Mos a 5-1 lead and in the final session Lewis completed his hat-trick.
Late strikes by Karl Lennon and Peter Vaisanen completed the rout.
