Invicta Dynamos were comfortable 8-0 winners against Streatham in their first English National Ice Hockey League Division 1 (South) away game of the season.

Goals from Nicky Lewis (2), Peter Vaisanen (2), Andy Smith, Joe Johnston, Mike Jones and man-of-the-match Tim Smith saw the Dynamos take maximum points.

The Dynamos opened up the lead in the first period through Lewis and Vaisanen.

This was followed up by four goals in five minutes during the second period which put the Dynamos firmly in control. Andy Smith and Tim Smith were on target while Nicky Lewis struck a brace.

Joe Johnston netted the fifth against his former club, before Mike Jones completed the scoring with a powerful shot from the blue line.
