Kevin Parrish is hoping Invicta Dynamos’ poor form is behind them after back-to-back victories at the weekend.
Mos won 11-2 at Oxford City Stars in the Southern Cup on Saturday.
They followed that by finishing a disappointing South East Trophy campaign on a high with a 4-3 home win against Chelmsford Chieftains on Sunday.
Head coach Parrish (pictured) criticised his players last week and was pleased with the response.
He said: "It was nice to get a reaction. I don’t want to be shouting and screaming every weekend and waking up on Monday morning with my throat killing.
"It’s not good for players to be going into games hearing loads of negatives but the last couple of weeks it’s been difficult to find any positives.
"You want to lift the players and give them belief but it’s not easy blowing smoke up them when they’ve not been doing their jobs."
Dynamos host Romford Raiders in their next Southern Cup game on Sunday.
The match is set to see the return of Ryan Giles, who joined Romford from Mos in the summer.
