Invicta Dynamos head coach Kevin Parrish has "laid down the law" to his players after last weekend’s double defeat.

The biggest blow was their 6-3 home loss on Saturday to the Bristol Pitbulls, a side they had already beaten twice this season. Then, on Sunday, Dynamos went down 5-2 at leaders Romford Raiders but Parrish (pictured) added: "To be fair, I got the reaction from the players I was looking for. It was always going to be a tough game, especially away from home but we were positive and competed all the way until we ran out of legs a bit."

Dynamos face another double header this weekend against two teams who are below them in the ENIHL South Division 1 table.

They travel to Slough ENL Jets on Saturday before hotheysting Milton Keynes Thunder on Sunday (5.15pm).

Parrish said: "I have laid down the law to the players and reminded them that just because you are playing teams below you, you can’t expect to just turn up and win.

"If we want to achieve our target of finishing in third spot we can’t afford any more performances like last Saturday."
