So who is the cutest of them all? The waiting is nearly over to find out who's won the overall Kids Galore 2011 prize.

Hundreds of Medway babies and toddlers had their pictures taken at Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre and the most popular have returned there to find out if they're a winner.

This year we put up record-breaking prizes totalling £4,000. This attracted a bumper crop of entrants and readers then had the chance to vote for their favourites. A panel judged the best and after much deliberation made its choice.

The winner will follow in the little footsteps of 2010 champ Marcus Thompson, from Gillingham, who has become the face of this year's competition.
