Crime scene investigators have recovered a knife at the scene of a murder.
Officers were in Gillingham this morning looking for evidence related to a murder which took place yesterday afternoon.
A 35-year-old man was stabbed to death after a suspected argument with another man at around 1.10pm.
No arrests have been made as far.
A police cordon was in place on Friday whilst officers dealt with the incident.
A post mortem examination was due to take place today.
The knife recovered at the scene is due to undergo further testing.
Police have issued a fresh appeal for dash cam footage.
They are looking to hear from anyone who has footage from driving through or parking in 10 locations in the town, including Fox Street.
These are: High Street, Jeffery Street, King Street, Balmoral Road, Railway Street, Malborough Road, Lock Street, Britton Street and Skinner Street.
Footage can be uploaded directly to the Kent Police section of the Major Incident Public Reporting Site.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who saw or heard two men arguing is urged to call 101 quoting reference 20-0860.
