All lanes are now open on Blue Bell Hill, after an accident this morning.

Police were called to the A229 Chatham-bound at 9.18am this morning after a Fiat 500 crashed into the central reservation.

Debris had spread into the outside lane of the Maidstone-bound carriageway.

The female driver of the car was not injured in the crash.

A Highways Agency traffic officer is at the scene and Kent Highways plan to make repairs to the central reservation later on this afternoon.
