Organisers behind a huge three-day festival in Kent have announced the lineup for one of the days.
Superboxx – an old-school anthems showcase – is making its debut at Rochester Castle on July 6.
It is part of the Castle Live series run by The Festival Crowd, which has replaced the previous Castle Concerts.
Earlier this month, some of the lineup for The Uptown Festival, which is on July 7, was revealed.
Among the acts confirmed for the lineup are Maxi Priest, General Levy and The Marley Experience.
Now, acts performing at Superboxx on July 6 have been confirmed.
They include, Eternal, Bwitched, and Rickie & Melvin headlining alongside DJ Luck and MC Neat, Rozalla, Baby D, Sweet Female Attitude and many more.
Transporting festival-goers back to the 80s, 90s and noughties, Superboxx is making its debut this year and those attending are being urged to dress up and “embrace the retro spirit”.
The Festival Crowd has run similar events around the UK.
A Festival Crowd spokesperson said: “Rochester Castle Live is not just an event; it's a collection of some of the very best touring festivals in the UK and an experience that promises to elevate the cultural vibrancy of Rochester to epic new heights.”
