Trains were delayed after a lorry hit the railway bridge in Gun Lane, Strood, for the second time in the space of three weeks.
The accident happened at about 11am and the road was closed while the lorry was freed.
Southeastern reported delays to some services, but trains were running back on time by 12.30pm.
Last month a lorry was wrecked when it hit the Gun Lane bridge and had to be removed by crane - also causing train delays.
There is a large sign on Gun Lane warning "overheight" vehicles not to proceed.
