A 42-year-old has been charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.

Sammy Brunt, of Victoria Road, Chatham, was arrested following a car crash in the town's Castle Road on Tuesday.

The accident involved two cars but no serious injuries were reported.

Brunt has been released on bail to attend Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday, May 28.
