A man is due to appear in court after police raided his house.

A warrant was carried out on the property in Wilson Avenune, Rochester, yesterday morning.

Officers arrested George Dempsey the same morning.

He was charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine and possession of both of the drugs with intent to supply.

The 20-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court on Saturday, February 29.

He was remanded on bail and will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, March 27.
