A man, filmed having oral sex with a drunken teenager, has been acquitted of raping her.
Ezekiel Obasa, 21, had told a jury how the 17-year-old had agreed to taking part in a sex act at a party in Gillingham.
And 19-year-old Cameron Allen, from Chatham was also found not guilty of rape by a jury at Canterbury Crown Court.
Two other partygoers, a 17-year-old youth and 21-year-old from Chatham were also cleared of possessing illegal images of the incident on their phones.
Obasa, of Upchurch, Essex had earlier admitted sexually assaulting the victim after grabbing her breast and later urinating over her in the toilet.
And Allen, of Ryde Close, had admitted taking an illegal photograph. Both men will be sentenced next month after the preparation of probation reports.
Judge Simon James told lawyers that the conduct of some at the party “was reprehensible if not criminal”.
Obasa had told the jury he had gone to the party two years ago after reading about it on Instagram and drank cider.
He said: “I was drunk and can only remember about half the night. I remember the police arriving and I remember asking (the alleged victim) for consent for a b*** job.”
Obasa, told how he began talking with the teenager, who had just turned 17 years old, and they began “play fighting” before going upstairs.
The prosecution alleged that the teenage girl then passed out and was filmed having oral sex.
The jury has been shown videos of the incident which were filmed by Allen and then were found on the mobile phones of others.
The prosecution said Obasa, who was convicted of common assault after urinating over the distressed girl who was cleaning herself in the toilet after waking up with vomit over her.
He also admitted possessing illegal images of children at an earlier hearing.
