A man died suddenly prompting a police response this afternoon.

The victim, aged in his 20s, was found by officers at a home in Carnation Road, Strood, just before 11am.

The property was sealed off while forensics officers conducted inquiries but police have now left the scene after determining the death was not suspicious.

Spokesman James Walker said: "A report will be prepared for the coroner."
