Concerns have been raised for the welfare of a 22-year-old man who has been missing for three days.

Tommy Higgins, from Rainham, was last seen in the town on June 23.

He is described as being white, five feet and seven inches tall, of medium build with short wavy, mousey brown hair.

Tommy was wearing a black and white Adidas tracksuit, a black hooded top with a red dragon on the arm and grey and white trainers.

Officers say they are concerned for Tommy’s welfare and are urging anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts to call 999 quoting reference 23-0829.
